For many years, the AMADA EML-2515AJ has proven itself as a powerful punching-fibre laser combination with energy-efficient, servo-electric drive. This is because it is effectively an entire sheet metal processing centre and enables punching and laser cutting as well as forming, bending and thread cutting, right through to countersinking and deburring. The advantage of this is that the component to be produced remains in a single clamping during the entire machining process and does not have to be repositioned again and again as is usually the case. This significantly saves corresponding personnel costs and also eliminates the risk of component damage. Another highlight: The laser head is suspended on its own, second y-axis. This enables particularly fast, high-precision and low-wear work.
